Delivery Information

FREE DELIVERY WHEN YOU SPEND £50! Free delivery applies to UK Mainland Only.

We have a standard delivery charge of £4.95 for all orders below £50 within the UK Mainland.

Items ordered before 1:00pm, Monday-Thursday will be dispatched immediately for delivery within 48 hours. Orders placed after 3:30pm will be dispatched the following working day, again, for delivery within 48 hours.

Orders outside of UK Mainland (Northern Ireland, Channel Isles, Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man etc) will incur a shipping surcharge of £9.95 and may take longer to arrive then our usual 48 hours. Orders placed from any other destination will incur a shipping charge of £14.95 any may also take longer to arrive then our usual 48 hours.

Orders are delivered between 9am until 5pm, Monday - Friday. Please note that all items require a signature. If you wish to have your item delivered to a neighbour or your work address, please specify their address during the checkout process. Returns Information

If for what ever reason; you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a 14 day returns policy. Goods must be returned in a good condition. This is in accordance with the Distance Selling Directive. More information on the above can be found here.

Any faulty items must be reported within 48hours of delivery either via email or telephone. Failure to do this will leave you liable for any damage to the item that may have been caused via courier or other rare circumstance. We suggest when you return your item/s you obtain proof of postage.

We do not cover the cost of returns.

All items must be returned to: FirstClothingUK 4-6 North Street Horncastle Lincolnshire LN9 5DX. We will process a full refund (minus our shipping costs) back to your account as soon as we receive your item. Faulty items will be replaced 100% free of charge.

My item doesn't match the colours on the website?

Are your colour swatches accurate?

We take our colour swatches directly from the photographs we take of our products, unfortunately the colours shown on computer screens are not always the same, so you may see slight colour differences on your items when they arrive compared to the photographs you have seen.

We do try our best to represent the colours accurately on-screen but we cannot guarantee they will be identical on the computer you are using to view our website. If you are unhappy with your purchase please just give us a call and we'll be happy to help.
